The primary way ACP accomplishes its mission is by ongoing collaboration between its government agency and private sector industry members, as well as any interested stakeholders, e.g. the Calrecycle, university professionals, Resource Conservation Districts, County and City governments and environmental organizations.  So meetings, seminars, workshops and awareness weeks are a mainstay of our working together on projects that build healthy soil in California.

ACP holds regular member meetings, typically on the fourth Wednesday of every month, except Nov. & Dec. and other months were there may be a meeting time conflict with other affiliate organizations like the US Composting Council.  Please use the pull down menu to find the following regular and/or periodic meetings.

  • ACP Meetings - Announces the next ACP Member meeting, including the agenda
  • ACP Workshops and Events - Gives the details of any upcoming ACP sponsored Meetings and/or Events
  • Affiliate Meetings/Events - Announces any affiliate organizations meetings or events in the coming year
  • Compost Awareness Week - Gives information about the annual Compost Awareness Week which is usually around "Earth Day" each year (the last week of April, or the first week of May)
